mix the following ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 tbsp almond milk, 2 tbsp coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 scoop @vitalproteins proteins collagen.
soak four slices of @onedefreeorganics sprouted flax bread in the mixture and cook in a skillet with grass-fed butter for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy. top with maple syrup, @wild_friends peanut butter, more butter, bee pollen, blueberries and banana on the side. I sprinkled my french toast with lots of @moodbeli coconut tocos because who needs powdered sugar when you have this stuff??
