Okay, y’all probably saw my post about needing to remember my why. Well, I gave in to the ice cream 😊Anytime I’m thinking about eating off-plan, I ask myself these questions: 1) am I eating out of boredom or negative emotions? 2) is this just a craving that will go away in an hour? 3) will this REALLY be worth it?
I had been craving ice cream for over a week- I wasn’t feeling emotional, and every bite was worth it. The best thing about my plan is how easy it is to jump right back on track after a “cheat”!!!
