Well...not nachos! But still damn good! 😋
Now that we’ve switched schedules with the boys, I’m trying really hard to think of new dinner ideas. This isn’t really a new idea, but a new combo for us! Hot wings and caprese salad. .
I know I’m going to have to step up my dinner game, so ideas are appreciated.
BUT...if you want to try this one, here’s the how to/recipe. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
1.) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2.) Line sheet pan with foil, thinly coat foul with avacado oil.
3.) put raw wings in a large ziploc, add avacado oil (enough to evenly coat), salt and pepper to taste.
4.) zip bag, mix until evenly coated.
5.) pour wings out on oiled foil, spread on pan evenly.
6.) Bake 45 min, check and bake another 10-15 min as needed to cook thoroughly. Golden brown, crispy looking skin.
7.) While baking, mix Franks Hot Sauce or Texas Pete, in small sauce pan with a small amount of organic, grass fed butter.
8.) pour sauce over cooked wings, mix, serve, ENJOY!!! .
1.) chop tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil.
2.) mix in bowl, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
3.) ENJOY!!! .
