a s i a n p u t t a n e s c a 🍝 pasta 2 nights in a row and that’s okayyy bc there’s no food rules up in hea 🙅🏻♀️ had some hot pot seafood leftover (had them frozen) & wanted to use it up so this was born ☝🏻 anything can be Asian-fied, just add fish sauce or soy sauce & voila = azn style 😁👏🏻. So instead of using anchovies, I used fish sauce cuz same same 🙌🏻 Ps. I don’t recommend this pasta shape bc the frilly part detaches from the bell 🙄.
Asian style seafood puttanesca w/ campanelle pasta, bay scallops, shrimp, calamari, heirloom tomatoes, black olives, shallots, cilantro, spring mix, red pep flakes 🦐🦑🍅🍝🌿🌶.
1 tbsp @chosenfoods avocado oil
1 lb seafood mix
1 tbsp garlic, minced
Fish sauce, to taste
2 shallots, minced
3 heirloom tomatoes, diced
1/2 c water or broth
1 c @mediterraneanorganic black olives, rinsed + drained, sliced
2 tbsp @mediterraneanorganic capers, rinsed + drained
1 lb campanelle pasta, cooked & drained
Add oil to a large pan over med high heat. Add seafood along with garlic. Sauté for 1 min. Season with fish sauce and black pepper. Remove and set aside. In the same pan add shallots and cook until slightly translucent. Add tomatoes. Cook for 5 mins then add liquid, olives and capers. Season with fish sauce. Add cooked pasta and combine. Adjust seasonings as needed. Add seafood and cilantro #diningwithdiana
