There are many ways to do so, including imbedding those intentions into your training and practices themselves, as well as taking time to separately work on these skills.
CONCENTRATION: Meditation, visualization, breathe work, and reading for examples all have the potential to enhance your concentration skills when applied accordingly.
MENTAL TOUGHNESS: Being on the look out for your mental and emotional growing edges during the week and challenging your self to keep stretching beyond the comfort zone mentally and/or emotionally is part of building mental toughness with great intent.
