Sweet potato wrap bread is soo good!
No need for measurements, everything is random-
Put mashed sweet potato in a mixing bowl & add salt, then what ever flour you choose.
I tipped in tapioca, arrowroot, besan(chickpea) & sorghum.
I also add onion & garlic powder(optional)
Just tip in flours until it's a perfect dough texture, not too wet or dry.
Once you have it break of pieces and shape into a ball, then put between parchment paper to roll out. Gently peel of the paper on top, but leave in place & turn over to peel off other side. Put your hand spread out over the wrap & turn onto your hand to transfer to the fry pan. Cook on coconut oil both sides.
We enjoyed them with taco beans, salsa, guacamole & salad.
Substitute with pumkin, carrots, white spud, coli...
Flat bread/pizza bases are so easy once you get the hang of it, I often chuck in random flours, salt & water..that's it! roll n cook!
